Product Eligible for tax credit through 2010 at 30% of the cost ,up to credit of $1,500-biomass stoves ,HVAC , insulation ,roofing,water heater,windows,doors and skylights.And for the Product Eligible for tax credit 2016 are also 30% but no upper limit is geothermal heat pump,solar ,wind energy system,and fuel cell.

The following list is the Appliance rebates which you may eligible to receive rebates from your state or territory for the purchase of new Energy star.qualified appliances.There rebate are being funded with$300 million from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.Each state and territory has selected its own set of Energy stars.

Qualified products to rebate,based on the DOE list of recommended appliances:Boilers , central air conditioners , clothes washers, dishwashers , freezers , furnaces(oil and gas) , heat pumps (air sources and geothermal ) , refrigerators , room air conditioners and water heaters.
